Venue

The Symposium will take place in Hotel Voroněž, which is the largest trade fair and congress hotel in Brno and has been reserved exclusively for those taking part in the 58th IAVS Symposium. Take advantage of the offer of accommodation at reduced prices.

Hotel Voroněž provides excellent facilities for people from all over the world taking part in congresses, and offers Czech and international cuisine. Lunches for symposium participants will be designed to satisfy a wide range of catering preferences. A lunch buffet offering five main dishes will be available.

Accommodation

Rooms at special symposium rates are available in hotels of different categories close to the venue. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The deadline for all reservation requests at special rates is 15 May 2015. After this date, hotel rooms are subject to availability.

Don’t contact the hotels for reservations – you can book the hotel of your choice directly via your registration.

Payment for accommodation: please pay for your accommodation along with your participation fee.
